Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to join the Southeast Building Science + Infrastructure team in Nashville, TN. You will support structural engineering and consulting projects with field investigations, testing, analysis, and reporting for diverse facilities.

Collaborate with experienced engineers, manage multiple projects, and mentor junior staff while adhering to ECS quality standards and local building codes. PE licensure is preferred; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering, assessment, testing, and consulting services.
• Conduct field investigations, structural assessments, and condition evaluations of existing structures.
• Direct and oversee field testing activities including anchor pull testing, bond testing, GPR, coring, chipping, sample extraction, sounding, half-cell testing, and other investigative procedures.
