Job summary

ECS Southeast, LLP is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to join our Nashville-area Building Science + Infrastructure team. You will support structural engineering, field investigations, testing, and reporting across diverse facilities, collaborating with experienced engineers and project teams to deliver practical solutions.

You will perform technical analyses, prepare clear reports, mentor junior staff, and contribute to project management activities while adhering to codes and ECS quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering, assessment, testing, and consulting services.
• Conduct field investigations, structural assessments, and condition evaluations of existing structures.
• Review testing results, develop findings, and recommend corrective actions and repair solutions.
• Assist with structural design, repair design, and rehabilitation projects.
• Mentor and support the development of junior staff.
