Job summary

Klover Prefab in Quakertown, PA is seeking a Structural Fabrication Welder I to join our manufacturing team. You will be introduced to exterior and interior wall panel fabrication for commercial buildings and receive training on welding and assembly techniques related to wall panels.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Thursday early shift, with voluntary overtime on Fridays and Saturdays, and requires reading shop drawings, material handling, and performing welds to secure panels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year MIG welding experience.
• Willing to obtain welding certifications within two years.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop drawings.
• Gather and cut materials with accuracy.
• Perform panel layout and pre-assemble components.
• Weld panels and secure assemblies.
• Assist in moving completed wall assemblies to next operation.
• Participate in safety and training sessions.
