Klover Contracting is seeking a Field Structural Welder (SMAW/Stick) to support exterior and interior wall panel installation for commercial buildings in the Quakertown area. The role requires welding in multiple positions and adherence to safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and 1+ year stick welding experience, plus familiarity with PPE and site safety requirements. Field work includes varied environments and heights.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience with stick welding.
• Participation in a secondary or post-secondary trade curriculum is preferred.
• Knowledge of PPE and construction safety devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform welds using stick and MIG processes in all positions.
• Assist foreman with layout and alignment for installation.
• Measure and read dimensions with tape measure and ensure accuracy.
• Set up and safely use company equipment, PPE, and tools.
• Maintain welding certifications through logs and supervisor review.
