Klover Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Structural Ironworker – Deck & Joists to install flooring systems, structural steel, and related components at sites within the Quakerstown Tri-State Area.

The role requires blueprint interpretation, layout assistance, and ability to weld when needed, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality workmanship. Ideal candidates will have 1+ year experience in related installations, basic carpentry knowledge, and AWS D1.1 certifications; willingness to work at

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with floor joist, metal deck, or structural steel installation preferred.
• AWS D1.1 SMAW 3G/4G certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and work orders; assist foreman with layout.
• Fabricate or alter parts using grinders, sawzalls, and drills.
• Install flooring systems and structural components per specs and codes.
• Use PPE and maintain safety standards on site.
• Perform welds as needed and stay current with welding certifications.
