Job summary

HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital seeks an RN Coordinator for the Structural Heart Program to coordinate care pre/post procedure, inpatient and outpatient services, working with physicians and nurse practitioners. Emphasis on patient experience and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires active Florida RN licensure, BSN, and cardio care background; strong coordination, communication, and data handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license or active multistate license (BLS required).
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Background in cardiac or pulmonary care; strong coordination and physician relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals for appropriateness and coordinate with attending physicians.
• Coordinate initial work up and diagnostic testing for patients and families.
• Provide patient and family education and support, including remote clinic access.
• Coordinate specialty visits and follow-up, liaising between physicians and patients.
• Assist in development of treatment or management plans with cardiology and CTS teams.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.
