Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant to support the Structural Heart service both inpatient and outpatient. The role prioritizes patient-centered, coordinated care and relies on strong collaboration with the practice and hospital team.

Candidates should have NLN/AACN accredited nursing education, NP or PA program credentials, and licensure with NPI. Cardiac care experience and prescriptive authority are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN/AACN accredited nursing program.
• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Experience in a relevant patient care setting (or as regulations dictate).
• National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Prescriptive authority through CDS and DEA registration according to New Jersey state law.
• Collaborative agreement with physicians on staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and/or Google Suite.

• Assess, plan, and implement care for cardiovascular patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
