Qualifications

• Graduate of a NLN/AACN accredited program in nursing.
• RN with at least 5 years of clinical experience in a relevant clinical specialty.
• Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
• Strong organizational, time management, critical thinking RN skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in interactions with physicians, APNs, patients, and their families
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advocate, educator, and facilitator of care for Structural and Congenital Heart patients and their families throughout the continuum of care, from initial consultation through preoperative preparation, hospital stay, and postoperative evaluation.
