Qualifications

• PE license required for structural leadership.
• SE license preferred for advanced structural work.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Experience leading teams and interfacing with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing structural engineering team.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to grow the office and local market.
• Provide technical and project leadership across structural systems from planning through construction.
• Shape office culture, processes, and long-term strategy, connecting Indianapolis with national resources.
