You will develop client relationships, mentor engineers, and align local growth with KPFF's national resources and leadership.

This senior role offers leadership, growth, and the opportunity to shape KPFF’s presence in Nashville while collaborating with a national firm on impactful projects.

Qualifications

• PE license required; SE license preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience including leadership.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams of three or more engineers.
• Design experience across materials, phases, and sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of KPFF's structural engineering group in Nashville.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers and BIM modelers.
• Strengthen client relationships and pursue new opportunities for growth.
• Provide technical and project leadership across structural systems from planning to construction.
• Shape office culture, processes, and long-term strategy with national resources.
