TMD Staffing is seeking Structural Fitters for the North side of Houston, 77060 area. The role requires reading blueprints, measuring with precision instruments, cutting and sizing materials per prints, tacking, and using power tools in a shop/in-person setting.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of structural fitting experience and a high school diploma or GED. Overtime and Saturdays may be required, with a 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM schedule.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Shop / In-Person

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read and interpret blueprints
• Read precision instruments
• Cut and size material according to specifications on prints
• Tack material
• Use power tools
• Various duties as assigned by management
• May need to help supervise shop helpers
• Maintain a safe work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pass structural fitting test (30 minutes to an hour)
• Have minimum of 3 years experience in structural fitting
• High school diploma or GED
• Multi task, organized and work on various projects at a time

PAY

$26-28/hour (depending on experience and test results)

SCHEDULE

5:30AM-6PM, Monday-Friday, flexible to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
