Job summary

Patriot Erectors, LLC Steel Fabricators is seeking a Fitter/Fabricator to assemble and fit structural, plate, and mechanical materials into various assemblies. You will read blueprints, lay out parts, and ensure high-quality fit-ups in coordination with the Shop Superintendent.

The role requires welding and OSHA certifications and a high school diploma or GED with 12 months of training or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Current welding and OSHA certifications are required.
• Reading shop drawings is essential for planning fitting operations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit structural forms like frames, bridge parts, beams and columns.
• Read and interpret blueprints to plan fitting operations.
• Layout and fit detail parts with precision.
• Verify fit-ups for accuracy before inspection.
