Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus 12 months of training or equivalent experience.
• Experience in fitting and fabricating is essential.

• Current welding and OSHA certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit: Work with structural forms like frames, bridge parts, beams, and columns.
• Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret blueprints to plan fitting operations.
• Precision Work: Layout and fit detail parts accurately.
• Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy of fit-ups before inspection.
