Job description

Shift Information

Available shifts: 1st – Monday to Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; 2nd – Monday to Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.; 4th – Friday to Sunday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay

$29.35 per hour with a night shift differential of $2 per hour. Pay increases at 90‑day and 6‑month anniversaries.

Responsibilities
  • Laying out, aligning, and fitting steel parts according to blueprints and shop drawings.
  • Tack welding components prior to final weld.
  • Measuring and verifying dimensions for accuracy.
  • Operating overhead cranes and hand/power tools safely.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Following all safety protocols and contributing to a high‑performing team.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of layout or fitting experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, and layout tools.
  • Familiarity with tack welding and fabrication processes.
  • Experience using overhead cranes, grinders, and cutting tools.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong safety mindset and pride in quality workmanship.
