Responsibilities include reading drawings, marking as-built status, blasting/painting steel, installing metal trim, and operating cranes or forklifts with provided training. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to learn safety protocols and follow instructions.
• Welding certification to be provided by company.
• Must be detail oriented and able to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Handle structural materials such as steel beams and tubing daily.
• Perform MIG welding tasks.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Mark up drawings with as-built status.
• Sand blast and paint structural steel.
• Install G-Rib and Snaplock metal trim.
• Operate crane, scissor lift, and forklift (training provided).
• Maintain tools and equipment for the team.
