Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a full-time welder/fabrication worker in Tipton, MO to support manufacturing projects. You will handle structural materials, perform MIG welding, and follow safety protocols to ensure reliable, safe production.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, marking as-built status, blasting/painting steel, installing metal trim, and operating cranes or forklifts with provided training. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to learn safety protocols and follow instructions.
• Welding certification to be provided by company.
• Must be detail oriented and able to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Handle structural materials such as steel beams and tubing daily.
• Perform MIG welding tasks.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Mark up drawings with as-built status.
• Sand blast and paint structural steel.
• Install G-Rib and Snaplock metal trim.
• Operate crane, scissor lift, and forklift (training provided).
• Maintain tools and equipment for the team.
