Job summary

Turbine Air Systems, Ltd. is seeking a Fabrication Lead to direct the fabrication and assembly of pipe products in a Houston-area facility. You will coordinate a work team, read blueprints, and ensure timely, safe, and quality material movement according to production plans.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-training, and adherence to HSE standards, including lockout/tagout. PI-based teamwork and ongoing skill development are integral to success.

Qualifications

• Two years of pipe or structural fabrication experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow product specification instructions.
• Commitment to safety and HSE programs; train employees on safety changes.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate pipes to required customizations.
• Manage all Work Orders associated with fabrication.
• Supervise work team in planning and execution of fabrication tasks.
• Plan resource requirements based on Work Orders and production plan.
• Foster teamwork within the department; monitor work orders.
