TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a Fabrication Lead to direct the fabrication and assembly of pipe products in our Houston-area facility. You will supervise a team, plan resources, and ensure safety, quality, and timely production for customized pipe work.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to safety regulations, and continuous improvement of fabrication processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Two years of pipe or structural fabrication experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow product specifications.
• Commitment to safety and HSE programs.

Mansioni

• Fabricate pipes to required customizations.
• Manage all Work Orders associated with fabrication.
• Supervise work team in planning and execution of fabrication.
• Plan resource requirements based on Work Orders and production plan.
• Train employees on safety regulations and policies.
• Develop skills and monitor training; enforce safe practices.
• Ensure timely, safe, and quality material movement.
