Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in structural design and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil/Architectural Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license with ability to obtain licensure in additional jurisdictions as needed.
• Proficient in building codes, design standards, and steel connection design.

Responsibilities

• Performs structural analysis and design of steel modular structures and connections, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
• Develops and maintains design spreadsheets and engineering documentation.
• Ensures compliance with building codes and industry standards through review and analysis.
• Prepares and reviews structural plans, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Leads design teams and mentors junior engineers.
• Oversees and approves structural calculations, drawings, and reports.
• Manages multiple projects, prioritizing to meet deadlines.
• Supports adoption of new technologies and sustainable practices.
