Job summary
Leoforce is seeking a Manager-level Structural Engineer to lead a growing Midwest department focused on industrial, utility, municipal, and water/wastewater projects. The role requires a PE license and 8+ years of structural engineering consulting experience.
You will design reinforced concrete and structural steel structures, mentor staff, manage projects, and develop key client relationships while collaborating with ownership to drive growth and project delivery excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 8+ years of structural engineering consulting experience.
- Experience designing reinforced concrete and structural steel structures.
- Background supporting industrial, utility, municipal, or water/wastewater facilities.
- Proficiency with RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, STAAD Pro, and Bentley software.
- Experience managing projects and mentoring engineering staff.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
