Hatch is seeking a Structural Engineering Intern to join the Tampa office. Reporting to the Project Delivery Group, you will support offices globally while embedded in our Tampa, FL location.

You will assist senior engineers with reinforced concrete, foundation, and structural steel designs, and help with engineering estimates and repair methodologies. Expect hands-on design work and practical site exposure for learning and growth.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.

Responsabilidades

• Assist senior structural engineers with developing project scopes and designs.
• Apply civil/structural engineering principles to similar multidisciplinary projects.
• Develop repair methodologies and evaluate design alternatives.
• Prepare detailed design drawings from notes and specifications.
• Coordinate with technicians/engineers across projects.
• Gain on-site practical experience in a real-world setting.
