Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Architectural/Engineering Technology.
• 0-5 years of structural design experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication with a range of individuals.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork.
• Reliable access to a personal vehicle for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Project Engineers and Project Managers to develop project designs, calculations, and construction documents.
• Prepare and revise drawings and documentation across design phases.
• Utilize BIM (Revit) to develop and coordinate 3D building models.
• Perform structural design calculations for building structures, foundations, and retaining systems.
• Interpret and apply building codes and project requirements.
• Assist with project coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Review construction phase documentation and submittals.
• Participate in field investigations and construction observations to document conditions.
• Support the preparation of engineering reports and calculations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
