Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Civil/Structural Engineering intern to assist with engineering design documents, digital models, and CAD deliverables under supervision. You will create CAD drawings using AutoCAD and Revit and work closely with project engineers to grasp project scope and data requirements.

Responsibilities include producing final documents for review, ensuring cross-discipline coordination, and resolving production issues while contributing to 3D models and digital design assets.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in civil/structural engineering with at least two years completed.
• Internship/co-op experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate engineering design documents, digital models, and databases.
• Create CAD documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with engineers during project design phases to understand scope and data needs.
• Provide limited design and detailed design documents with input from engineers.
• Check integration of sections and coordination of disciplines.
• Produce drawings and digital design models in 3D software applications as needed.
• Perform team-oriented problem solving and related duties as assigned.
