You will contribute to design, document development, and coordination across disciplines within an EPX program. Responsibilities include working with licensed engineers on structural systems, attending design meetings, creating construction documents in Revit, site visits, and

Qualifications

• Completed at least one year in an ABET-accredited Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering program.
• Experience or interest in BIM workflow (e.g. Autodesk Revit MEP).
• FE exam is preferred.
• Third-year student in an accredited engineering program.

Responsibilities

• Work with a licensed engineer designing structural systems for new construction and/or building renovations.
• Attend design team meetings with a structural engineer and observe coordination among a multi-disciplinary design team.
• Assist a structural engineer with the design and development of construction documents primarily using Revit.
• Visit an active construction site (contingent on local projects).
• Coordinate structural design requirements with architecture and other disciplines.
