ON-Board Services, Incorporated is seeking a Structural Engineer to support analysis and design of structural systems for industrial and manufacturing projects. You will work with leads, engineers, and designers to develop concepts, perform calculations, and ensure code-compliant drawings and 3D models.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum of 4 years structural engineering experience.
• Experience with steel and reinforced concrete structures.
• Strong knowledge of US building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC).
• Experience with wind and seismic design.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software, Navisworks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to manage own work to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Perform structural analysis and design for industrial facilities (steel/concrete).
• Develop design concepts, calculations, specifications, and documentation.
• Conduct wind/seismic load analysis per codes.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project needs.
• Review calculations, drawings, and models for quality and code compliance.
• Lead assigned tasks to meet schedules and budgets.
• Identify risks and escalation points as needed.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and drafters.
• Participate in design reviews and CI initiatives.
• Conduct occasional site visits for condition assessment.
