Position Summary

The Structural Engineering Professional will be an integral member of the design team, responsible for performing structural analysis and design across projects. This role requires strong collaboration with Structural Leads, Engineers, Designers, and cross‑functional disciplines. Responsibilities include developing design concepts, completing analysis and design, and ensuring structural requirements are clearly communicated through design documents and models. This position requires a strong foundation in structural engineering principles, knowledge of U.S. building codes (including seismic provisions), and an understanding of how structural design integrates with other disciplines. Candidates may serve as a Lead Structural Engineer on mid‑sized projects or as a Sub Lead on larger efforts.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering analysis and design with minimal supervision
• Plan and execute work requiring independent judgment in evaluating and applying engineering techniques
• Apply sound engineering judgment and problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of lateral design (wind and seismic) and applicable building codes
