You will work under the Engineering Manager, with expectations to manage multiple projects, maintain schedules, and contribute to design optimization.

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering required; structural emphasis preferred.
• PE Certification required.
• 3-7 years of relevant engineering experience – internal or external.
• Precast knowledge preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Able to work individually or on a team.
• Values relationships and interaction with people.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Perform engineering calculations and details for all products and connections.
• Independently manage engineering design aspects of a project with minimal assistance or guidance.
• Review contract documents to be familiar with project requirements.
• Attend project meetings; may lead coordination meetings.
• Write and review requests for information (RFI).
• Review erection drawings and shop tickets to ensure designs and standards are followed.
• Be actively aware of production processes through regular plant visits.
• Ensure compliance with Metromont standards and OSHA safety rules.
