Metromont Corporation is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to provide senior-level leadership in precast concrete design and analysis. You will lead project teams, perform complex calculations, and stamp erection drawings as needed, working closely with engineers, drafters, and production.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, a BS in Civil Engineering, and a PE Certification. Expect office duties with plant exposure, and coordination in multiple phases of projects within a fast-paced

• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience.

• Perform engineering calculations and details for all products and connections.
• Independently perform lateral analysis and design; troubleshoot and check laterals.
• Lead project teams and manage design aspects with minimal guidance.
• Review contract documents to understand project requirements.
• Attend project meetings and lead coordination meetings.
• Write and review complex RFIs and resolve design issues.
• Serve as point of contact for engineers and subcontractors on technical questions.
• Check calculations and shop drawings for accuracy and adherence to standards.
