Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in precast concrete.
• PE Certification required.
• BS Civil Engineering with structural emphasis preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead project teams and coordinate engineering design efforts.
• Perform and review advanced structural analyses and calculations.
• Review contract documents and ensure compliance with Metromont standards.
• Stamp erection drawings and shop tickets where authorized.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee design costs and compare to estimates.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer.
• Participate in external industry associations as needed.
