Design Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary team. You will work on capital projects, perform concrete, steel, and masonry design, and collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality, code-compliant solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis, and a master’s in structural engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Professional Engineer license required; Structural Engineer license preferred.
Hands-on experience with designing and analyzing structural systems for industrial projects.
Proficient in structural software: RISA, RAM, STAAD, ENERCALC, Mathcad; familiarity with AutoCAD/REVIT.

Responsibilities

Prepare design and construction documents for new structures and structural upgrades as part of an integrated A/E team.
Oversee the work of structural engineers and designers; mentor junior staff.
Analyze concrete, steel, and masonry systems; develop calculations, drawings, specs, and reports.
Ensure codes and seismic requirements are met across projects; support field activities.
