Structural Engineer

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to work in a collaborative team environment in our Minneapolis, MN office. Engineers will handle a wide variety of building projects—including healthcare, higher‑education, multi‑family, hospitality, commercial, and renovation projects—and this full‑time position offers significant growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Design of new and complex buildings across many market types.
• Analysis and renovation of new and existing buildings and structures.
• Coordinate with project team members across multiple disciplines, attend project meetings with clients, and provide construction administration services, including site visits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural focus.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in structural design of buildings. Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.
• EIT preferred.
• Working knowledge of REVIT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial.
