IMEG is hiring a Structural Engineering New Graduate in Idaho Falls, ID. This entry-level role provides hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience with mentorship and training from day one.

You will support structural projects from design through construction, coordinating with engineers, architects, and PMs to meet client goals while growing your expertise in western markets.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering required.
• Knowledge of structural design techniques and materials.
• Familiarity with design software and BIM basics.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of structural systems.
• Develop detailed designs, specs, and calculations per codes.
• Support client interactions and project requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet goals.
