Job summary

KPFF Special Projects Division seeks Structural Engineers with diving credentials to lead diverse marine and waterfront projects across the United States. You will engage in port developments, shipyards, and related infrastructure, delivering design and project management capabilities.

The role emphasizes self-motivation, client service, and hands-on engineering with opportunities to grow technical and management skills within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Underwater inspection of marine infrastructure.
• Proven report writing experience for technical projects.
• Ability to operate SCUBA and pass medicals for dive work.
• Willingness to travel as job requires.
• Experience with concrete, steel, and timber design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and project delivery for heavy civil, waterfront projects.
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to meet objectives.
• Perform and supervise underwater inspections and structural assessments.
