Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in structural design, preferably custom residential.
• Colorado Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with hillside sites and complex framing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and detail structural systems for high-end custom homes.
• Collaborate with architects and contractors to bring designs to life.
• Prepare accurate structural drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Perform construction observations and site evaluations.
• Guide projects from schematic design through construction.
