Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Structural Engineer (SE) license considered highly desirable.
• 10+ years of structural engineering consulting experience.
• Strong background in design and analysis of building structures.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Engineer of Record on diverse structural projects.
• Manage projects from proposal to completion, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead design using steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and other materials.
• Perform structural analysis with industry software (RISA, RAM, ETABS, SAFE).
• Develop relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Support business development and identify new project opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and staff.
• Conduct site visits and condition assessments in Las Vegas and nearby markets.
• Prepare technical reports, studies, and construction documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Engineer of Record (EOR) on a variety of structural engineering projects ranging from renovations to complex new construction developments.
• Manage projects from proposal through completion, including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Lead structural design efforts utilizing steel, concrete, masonry, wood, cold-formed steel, and other construction materials.
• Perform structural analysis, calculations, and design using industry-standard software such as RISA, RAM, ETABS, SAFE, and similar platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Support business development initiatives and assist in identifying new project opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff through coaching and project leadership.
• Conduct site visits, field observations, and condition assessments throughout Las Vegas and surrounding markets.
• Prepare technical reports, engineering studies, and construction documentation.
• Drive technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across project delivery practices.
