Qualifications
- Professional Engineer license required.
- 7+ years of structural engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of AISC, concrete design principles, building codes, and seismic requirements.
- Experience with major structural analysis software (ETABS, STAAD, STRUDL, SAP, RISA, RAM).
- Ability to lead design teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural design efforts for commercial buildings, high-rise structures, towers, and related vertical construction projects.
- Develop and review structural systems involving steel, concrete, beams, foundations, lateral systems, and seismic design requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, BIM teams, and internal engineering disciplines to support accurate and constructible project deliverables.
- Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and construction documents.
- Review models, resolve technical design issues, and support project communication through design and construction phases.
