Job summary

GoldenWolf is seeking a Structural Engineer in the San Antonio area with a hybrid work model (remote/on-site). The role involves reporting on building conditions, developing project scopes, and supporting DHA’s BUILDER SMS program for healthcare facilities.

Ideal candidates have ABET-accredited engineering degrees, 3–5 years of related experience, and a willingness to pursue DoD clearance. Relocation support is available and a strong emphasis on accurate engineering reporting is required.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited structural engineering degree.
• 3–5 years of technical experience with building systems.
• Experience with DHA is a plus and familiarity with BUILDER SMS preferred.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain DoD clearance.
• Experience creating comprehensive reports with engineering-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports describing current building conditions to inform planners.
• Develop scopes of work for replacement and rehabilitation projects.
• Assist in assessment of structural elements and foundations.
• Provide training for junior field technicians and map field data to BUILDER reports.
• Collaborate with engineers and program managers to manage deliverables and client needs.
