Job summary

GoldenWolf in San Antonio is seeking a Structural Engineer to support the Defense Health Agency’s BUILDER Sustainment Management System program. The role develops reports describing building conditions and prioritizes sustainment activities for a large healthcare portfolio, with hybrid work and possible DoD site visits.

You will use data to craft project scopes, assess structural elements, and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of technical experience with building systems preferred.
• Experience with DHA or Defense facilities projects is a plus.
• Experience with BUILDER SMS or similar software is preferred.
• Eligibility to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports on building conditions using existing data.
• Create scopes of work for equipment replacement and rehabilitation projects.
• Develop recapitalization reports for large medical facilities.
• Support field technicians and provide training when needed.
• Ensure BUILDER data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
