Job summary

Entech Engineering, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our Civil and Environmental Resources team.

You will design structural components, document calculations and drawings, and model structures using CAD software for industrial, municipal and renovation projects. In this full-time role you will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers and architects, review environmental factors and costs, and contribute to practical, constructible designs while potentially taking

Qualifications

Experience in designing structural components and documenting calculations, drawings and specifications for varied project types.
Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams including project managers and engineers.
Ability to participate in planning, cost and risk discussions as needed.

Responsibilities

Design structural components and document production (calculations, drawings and specifications).
Participate in collaborative project teams during planning and proposals, reviewing environmental factors, costs and risk.
Determine practical strength and durability expectations and cost-benefit information.
Create structural models using computer-aided design software.
Collaborate with other discipline team members to solve design challenges.
