High Structural Erectors, located in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Structural Engineer Bridge Erection to collaborate with the field operations team. The role involves developing installation calculations and procedures for heavy civil projects, including steel and precast concrete bridge superstructures, parking structures, and architectural cladding. Responsibilities include producing sealed calculations for staged construction plans, including rigging and fixture design.

Minimum Qualifications

• Focus on bridge and heavy highway structures is preferred.
• Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Progressive experience in steel and precast concrete design, bridge design, or erection engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working directly with erection personnel to provide engineering directives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MathCAD, STAADPro/SAP2000, RISA, or similar software.
• Knowledge of governing specifications such as AASHTO, AWS, AISC, AREMA, ASTM, PCI, and Owner Standards.
