Position Details:

• Locations: Mechanicsburg, PA or Philadelphia, PA
• Experience: Mid-Level (4-8 years of related bridge design experience)

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university
• For mid-level roles, within 6 months of obtaining a PE license

Responsibilities:

• Review and check structural design calculations
• Perform structural analysis and design using analysis software
• Develop preliminary details with CAD software
• Contribute to design reports
• Assist with field inspections and construction services
• Communicate effectively in English
• Prepare project documents and correspondence
• Perform quantity take-offs and review drawings
• Utilize engineering software such as LUSAS, RISA-3D, LEAP Bridge, AutoCAD, MicroStation
• Apply relevant design standards (AASHTO, AREMA, AISC, ACI)

Senior Engineer Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery and serve as technical lead on complex projects
• Support project managers in issue resolution and solution development
