Job Responsibilities

• Production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans, and specifications for assigned projects.
• Collaborate closely with the project manager for research, development, calculations, design, and delivery.
• Apply engineering techniques, procedures, and design criteria across projects of varying size and complexity.
• Leverage technical knowledge, experience, and client relationships to support project execution and evaluation.
• Develop conceptual and detailed designs and calculations using current tools, programs, and software.
• Mentor, train, and review work of junior engineers; provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to successful project delivery for diverse projects.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering + 4 years of relevant experience OR
• Master’s degree in Engineering + 3 years of relevant experience OR
• PhD in Engineering + 2 years of relevant experience.

What You'll Bring

• Knowledge of effective work processes, continuous improvement focus.
• Ability to independently progress designs and tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, MicroStation, and/or AutoCAD.
• Understanding of engineering, geometric, and algebraic principles.
• Time management, proactive forecasting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
