Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Structural Engineering Leader in Indianapolis to drive critical infrastructure projects, mentor engineers, and shape a growing practice. You will manage complex industrial, utility, and municipal facilities, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery.

Ideally you hold a PE license, a Civil/Structural degree, 8+ years of consulting experience, and proficiency with RAM and STAAD/Bentley tools. The role offers competitive salary and strong benefits.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 8+ years of structural engineering consulting experience.
• Experience designing reinforced concrete and structural steel structures.
• Proficiency with RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, STAAD Pro, and Bentley software.
• Experience managing projects and mentoring engineering staff.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
