Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform gravity and lateral calculations for concrete building elements.
• Post-tensioned slab design.
• Lateral analysis and shear wall or moment frame design.
• Calculations for minor steel framing such as canopies or elevator supports.
• Concrete tilt panel wall reinforcement.
• Drawings: create redline drawings coordinated with calculations.
• Draw details for specific project conditions.
• Familiarity with REVIT for 3D modeling is a plus.
• Participate in project team coordination meetings.
• Review and respond to RFIs.
• Provide site visits as required.

• Calculations for miscellaneous minor steel framing such as canopies or elevator support framing
• Concrete tilt panel wall reinforcing
• Drawings:
• Redline drawings to coordinate with calculations
• Draw details for specific project conditions
• The ability to use or willingness to learn to use REVIT for 3D modeling is a plus
• Project Management & Construction Administration:
• Participate in coordination meetings with the project team
• Review and respond to RFI's
• Provide project site visits when required
