We are searching for a Lead Structural Engineer to join our growing Professional Design Services team in our Honolulu, Hawaii office. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of related design engineering experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will take leadership in structural design and analysis projects while mentoring junior/mid-level engineering professionals and supporting proposal efforts. Design projects will span across multiple markets and geographies, affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to building systems design. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self‑starter and can move quickly and efficiently through a variety of design stages ranging from concept plans to construction documentation.
• Lead structural design and analysis projects across diverse markets.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineering staff.
• Support proposal development and interface with clients.
• Work efficiently through all design stages from concept to construction documentation.
• Maintain quality and compliance with federal project requirements.
• Compensation may include a base pay range that varies based on scope, location, and experience.
• Additional cash incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package.
