Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 8–12 years in building design and project management, a Hawaii PE license (or ability to obtain), and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field preferred
  • Hawaii PE license (or ability to obtain) preferred
  • 8–12 years of experience in building design and/or project management
  • Strong background across building types and structural systems
  • Proven ability to manage projects and mentor team members
  • Experience with tools such as Revit, ETABS, RISA, RAM, or similar
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated project team from planning through construction
  • Provide mentorship and technical direction to team members
  • Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and agencies

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a key leadership role on a dedicated project team delivering impactful building projects across Hawaii. This is an opportunity to work closely with firm leadership, guide team members, and contribute to projects that shape communities.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with the Managing Principal to lead a dedicated project team from planning through construction
  • Help manage and guide team members, providing mentorship and technical direction

Compensation

$50 to $65 per hour depending on experience.
