Qualifications

• 10+ years of related structural design and/or analysis experience.
• PE license required (SE preferred).
• Ability to work well in a team environment, maintain a positive attitude, and self-motivate.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis projects across diverse markets.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineering staff.
• Support proposal development and interface with clients.
• Work efficiently through all design stages from concept to construction documentation.
• Maintain quality and compliance with federal project requirements.
