Job summary

SEH is seeking a Structural Vertical Designer to join our employee-owned structural team in Denver, CO. The role focuses on analysis, design, and detailing of diverse structures, using REVIT and other software to produce construction documents.

Qualified candidates will have an associate degree in structural-focused civil engineering, with knowledge of IBC/ASCE7/NDS, and experience with RISA/RAM/LPile. PE license in CO or ability to obtain is preferred. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in civil engineering focusing on structural analysis and design.
• Knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, and NDS design codes.
• Experience with REVIT Structure to produce construction documents.
• Familiar with structural steel, reinforced concrete, CMU, or timber design.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing of commercial and residential elements.
• Prepare structural calculation packages using software like RISA, RAM, and Tekla Tedds.
• Collaborate with structural design team on large projects.
• Create REVIT structural models and construction documents.
• Review shop drawings and submittals; assist with project tasks.
