Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a Civil/Structural CAD Drafter to perform routine design tasks under close supervision. You will draft concrete and structural steel drawings and support larger projects as experience grows.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and 2+ years of drafting experience, with familiarity of AutoCAD or MicroStation and CAD drafting standards. Excellent teamwork and communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant industrial experience in civil/structural drafting and design.
• Familiarity with project scope, specifications and design criteria.
• Knowledge and application of company engineering design and CAD drafting standards.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with department design and drafting standards.
• Drafting civil/structural plans under close supervision.
• Assist teammates in field-related work collecting design information and verifying designs for tie-ins.
