Qualifications

• Produce drawings for concrete and structural steel, civil disciplines.
• Familiar with construction bulk materials specs and equipment.
• Create accurate civil/structural construction documents from vendor drawings.
• Understand work flow between disciplines and schedule constraints.
• Able to estimate completion of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete design of civil/structural assignments under supervision.
• Draft civil/structural plans with CAD software.
• Mentor entry level teammates and review drafts.
• Assist engineers with cost and material estimates and preliminary studies.
• Coordinate with discipline teams and suppliers for tie-ins and clearances.
• Communicate scope/design changes promptly.
