RINA is seeking a CAD Drafter - Structural Engineering for its Houston, TX or Chicago/Lisle, IL offices within the Plant Engineering Division. The role focuses on creating accurate drawings from markups and coordinating CAD across projects.

The candidate will work with engineers and draftsmen to ensure design integrity, maintain documentation, and stay updated on drafting tools and standards. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CAD software and producing detailed drawings.
• Ability to interpret engineering designs and specifications.
• Experience with infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use AutoCAD to create detailed drawings for infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and senior drafters to ensure drawings meet standards.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain technical documentation and drawings.
